Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial
Every new account gets complimentary credits so you can test the Service before paying. Please use them to make sure StockPhotoTags meets your needs.
2. Prepaid digital credits
Credits are a prepaid digital good, delivered to your account instantly on purchase. 1 credit processes 1 image or video.
3. Refunds on unused credits
If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund of any unused credits within fourteen (14) days of purchase. We'll refund the unused portion to your original payment method.
4. Used credits
Credits that have already been used to process media are non-refundable, because the AI analysis (which we pay for) has already been carried out on your behalf.
5. Incorrect or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us and we'll investigate and correct it promptly.
6. No subscriptions
Purchases are one-time; there is no recurring billing to cancel. You can stop buying credits, and delete your account, at any time.
7. If we discontinue the Service
In the unlikely event that we permanently discontinue StockPhotoTags, we will refund any unused credits you have purchased.
8. How to request a refund
Email admin@webtulip.com with your order reference
(e.g. A1B2C3D4) and the reason. We aim to respond within one business day. Refunds are
issued to your original payment method through our payment provider.
